Family Fun

Well I thought that you all deserved a post of the big event (not Jason's 5th father of the year nomination) but rather our time spent in Altamonte Utah

Thanks dad and mom for putting this all together, providing us with excellent shirts, and memories that will last for a long time.

Here I am, pretty much in my element... If I had a sixth sense it would be... fishing.

Many of you thought Tyler should win the wet t-shirt contest, it's debatable (especially because the six packs by six lakes was meant for 2011), but here is a cute picture of the two of us just cozying up in the water.

While Ryan proved to be the expert fisherman...

I proved that sometimes a large bite at your pole, could turn out to be.... a large stick

We enjoyed the fireworks (B.J. you're a brave soul to stand by so many boys with fire sticks)

We enjoyed the family pictures (I use the term enjoyed very loosely), some enjoyed more than others...

The snowball fights were a "tender mercy", if you will, and provided a great activity for all.

A day just wouldn't be a day without fishing for crawfish.

Smiles were always present on the faces of both the young and old.

The food was amazing and many have reported weight gain in excess of 2 pounds.

Important Events. . . not to be left out!

Just a glimpse of the FAT BOY as we joined with the 

Vegas Standifirds and Brandon!  Pictures of this 

baby far surpassed the golfing.

The boys all came running inside and being afraid they would have to hold the sliding door shut if they forgot to close it, they left their sister outside screaming, "Let me in!"  And even though it was 98 degrees outside she was sopping wet and shivering.  Aren't we all grateful for such fond memories of our brothers. 

It's Official

It's official, I think that I can finally call myself a man, although, the steaks look rather petite...

The funny thing is that steak was all I ate for dinner, my motto, starting this week, has been "A six pack by six lakes".  I asked Christina the other day if my shirt had shrunk, she said "no, your muscles have gotten bigger".
