The New House

We have so much fun going out to the new house every week and we like to pretend that our friends enjoy it just as much as we do (I hope they won't tire of the visits before we actually even move in).

Spring Graduation at BYU

This is Christina's graduation day and it's time we shared some of the celebration with you. On Thursday, Elder Bednar spoke to the graduates and when we left the Marriott Center the sun was shining after a cool spring rain.
Early on Friday morning Christina received her diploma from Elder L. Tom Perry
and Brandon got a great picture of the two of them.
Maybe he should share that one.

The celebration continued at the Pizza Factory where we joined with the Randalls to celebrate both girls as our newest BYU graduates.

Home Sweet Home

When we signed the lease last Friday, the leasing agent in the office exclaimed, "Congratulations!". Not sure that is the right word when you move from a four-bedroom, two-story house to a two-bedroom apartment but thanks. We moved on Saturday, closed on Monday, and unpacked the final box on Wednesday. It didn't take too long with most of our belongings in storage (in either the POD or the garage at our apartment). Emma is excited to be sharing a room with Taylor and Riley and they are already making friends in the apartment complex. Comcast came today to hook up the phone, internet and cable (I can't wait to watch Sports Center tonight!). We are still not sure where the DVD player ended up and I can't find the cord to download pictures to the computer so you are just going to have to imagine the cute picture with the for sale sign out front and the moving truck and old house in the background (take a minute to wipe away the tear). Maybe we will find them when we pull everything out of the garage on Saturday. We had lots of great help last weekend but are not quite sure what they were thinking when they unloaded things into the garage. Yikes! So if anyone is available Saturday...
